For Buyers

1. How do I create an account?
Simply provide your details on our registration form and we’ll get in touch with you within 1-2 working days.

2. How many accounts can I create for my company?
You can create as many accounts as you require. We have also created approval workflows within the app that you can choose to turn on where relevant. For example, you may require all orders to be approved by a manager prior to sending it to suppliers.

3. Do I make payments through the app?
For now, you will continue to make payments directly to your suppliers.

4. Is Zeemart available as a native iOS or Android app?
Yes, they will be launched towards the end of our Beta phase.

5. I can’t find some of my suppliers. Can I recommend them to Zeemart to onboard them?
Definitely! We need all the help that we can get to grow our list of suppliers.

For Suppliers

1. How do I create an account?
Simply provide your details on our registration form and we’ll get in touch with you within 1-2 working days.

2. How many accounts can I create for my company?
You can create as many accounts as you require. We have different types of Supplier accounts as well. This will enable you to control and limit access to certain features across your sales team members.

3. Is there a limit to how many products I can publish?
Nope! You can publish as many products as you wish. Upon registration, a community manager will be assigned to you to assist in publishing your product catalogue.

4. Do I need to display my product pricing?
You have the option of not displaying a price. However, we recommend displaying a public price to help buyers make a high-level assessment of your product.

5. Can I manage multiple pricing for each product?
Yes. Our app allows you to manage pricing at a buyer level.

6. Is payment collected via the app?
For now, your customers will continue to make payments directly to you.

7. What other languages do you support?
We’re currently available in English for now. However, we intend to support multi-language versions soon.
